Hunting Knives Helped Around the Campfire |

This past weekend I went camping with a few friends for a single night at a local spot no more than 35 minutes away from where we live. It was a nice way to get out of the city without really getting that far out of the city. Saturday night we were camping around a fire and Sunday evening we were grabbing a beer and watching the Celtics take down the Lakers. It could not have been a better weekend. I found out how helpful hunting knives are while camping. About a month ago, I went shopping for hunting knives online. I knew they would come in handy this summer. After we had set up our campsite in a large clearing, I went out to look for kindling. Camping hinges around a big campfire. This is where everyone comes together and bonds out in the woods.
My knife helped cut small branches off trees for kindling and was useful while making food. When I’m out in the forest, the last thing I’m looking for is modern conveniences of home. I’d rather open a can of beans with hunting knives instead of a can-opener because it is more authentic that way.
