One of the most important things for anyone who plans to own a horse is to make sure that they have the proper western saddle. My husband was telling me a story recently of someone he knows who thought that it didn’t matter what western saddle they used as long as they had one. They paid far too much for the western saddle at a local store and ended up not being able to use it. They eventually sold it one of the online auction stores, but in the end found another western saddle online for a much better price in a size and style that they could use. Since then they have ordered all their western equipment online and my husband said that they even found some great prices on cowboy boots. He’s wanted a pair for a while, so I think that was his way of telling me that maybe I should check it out. I made him think that it went in one ear and out the other, but the truth of the matter is that I’ll probably order him a pair for Christmas, if he doesn’t get them sooner.
